STATE CRIME IS NOT WRITTEN / EXPECTED WITH KKSB ISSUES & VISITS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN WEST PAPUA

1. Introduction

It is time for the people of West Papua to rise up to defend the honor and dignity of their people. Not justified God's people continue to be slaughtered in the name of national security and for the sake of the sovereignty of the state. I have followed closely the State to strive to diffuse and divert crimes so far in improper ways, namely creating KKSB issues as well as presidential visits in West Papua.

2. Various Forms of State Violence

Violence and state crimes have been going on for 57 years since 1961 with various faces and shapes. I pointed out some examples as follows.

2.1. OPM / TPN Pets
One example of a TNI pet. Until 2000, Hans Bomay was named the head of the border area TPN. He was once escorted by Kopassus to be reconciled with the Cenderawasih XVII commander. He said to convey his aspirations. Krn did not meet the Commander, they were escorted by Kopassus to Arso and then released into the forest. He can be categorized as Kopassus pet TPN. It was Hans who used to conduct civilian civilization at the Arso Transmigration site. They usually demand billions of rupiah as a money for the release of hostages. After he was killed by the right TPN, there were no more cases of hostage taking in the Keerom area. Can be found more complete information from others as well.
The example of hostage taking time was long enough in 1995. Marawija and (Ningsih ???) were female friends of high school students at Arso at Sandera and taken to Bewani and held there for almost 3-5 months more. This event was carried out by the TPN / OPM built and in this case there was the involvement of the State security apparatus.
The motivation is that West Papua is managed as a conflict area, adding troops by building military, rank and economic infrastructure.
2.2. The massacre of the people in Sorong in 1968/69
State comes & comes with a totally criminal face and character. The values ​​contained in Pancasila: Godhead, humanity, justice, it is completely absent in West Papua. West Papuans are placed as enemies of the State.
The crimes and atrocities of the State are clearly described by Amiruddin al Rahab as follows:
"Papua integrates with Indonesia with the backbone of military government ... ABRI is Indonesia and Indonesia is ABRI .... The military grip in Papua is inseparable from the economic potential of this region so great that it also enlarges its power by placing itself as a protector of migrants and transmigration from outside Papua ... "(Source: Heboh Papua: Secret War, Trauma and Separatism: 2010, p.42, 43, 46).
Herman Wayoi, the Papuan intellectual, the perpetrator & witness of the history of the 1969 pepera affirms what Amirrudin wrote.
"The Indonesian government has conducted two forms of operation to eliminate the Melanesian race from this land, namely: military operations & transmigration operations." (Source: Ethnic Melanesian Destruction: Breaking the Silence of the History of Violence in West Papua: Yoman, 2007, pp. 136-146).
Several names have been shot in Sorong: Otniel Safkaur, Abner Asmuruf, John Kareth, Kristian Kareth, Saul Kareth, Kalep Jepse, Kosmos Nauw, Adam Kambuaya, Elijah Kambuaya, Moses Keba, Adam Korain, Howard Jitmau and Sehu Jitmau. There are many more that have been massacred by the TNI since 1961 and have not been revealed.
Coupled with the bloody Abe case, bloody Wasior, Wamena bloody, bloody Biak, and the disappearance of Theys driver has not been revealed and the shooting of 4 students in Paniai on December 8, 2014 has not been caught by the culprit.
Is this crime & cruelty & despotic State such as to be closed with CKSB & presidential visits to West Papua?
