DIPLOMATIC PLACE, THE WAY OF JOKOWI PRESIDENT DERIVED THE PAPUA DEMO OF FREEDOMS IN NEW ZEALAND

Getting a report this morning from New Zealand activist friends about their action to welcome President Jokowi to meet PM New Zealand, I think it is a common political phenomenon during the diplomatic visit of the President or the Indonesian delegation to countries that are "kepo" with the issue of Papua Merdeka. The demo of foreign parties demanding the completion of the Papuan ham problem, demanding a referendum on self-determination of the people of Papua, by diplomats have been seen as actions of "jealous and jealous" foreign parties who do not want to see Indonesia become big and respected in the world. Not that President Jokowi ignores the issue of Papua Merdeka outside the country. 

In a diplomatic visit to New Zealand this week, the President already has his own way of addressing the issue of Papua overseas. DIPLOMATIC DIVISION as a way or a strategic approach of President Jokowi in completing the internationalization of Papua issue.

Diplomatic Blankukan is a form of implementation of Multi track Diplomacy. The President involves foreign actors influential on the issue of Papua and the Indonesian diaspora group in NZ to muffle alongside the Internationalization of the Papuan issue. The diplomacy blast is done by President Jokowi in New Zealand by directly visiting strategic communities and influencing the internationalization of Papuan issues. The first community visited was the Maori Tribal Community represented by New Zealand Governor Sir David Gascoigne. President Jokowi is welcomed with the ancient Maori tradition, SALAM HONGI. The tradition of welcoming Maori guests. The Maori elder who was represented by the Governor-General ran forward to President Jokowi and NOSE WITH NOSE MAGNIFICENT face to face and on behalf of the Maori chief, the Governor-General said in the Maori "land" that "our land and our ancestors welcomed you and blessed you. will hurt you, so you should not hurt us, friendship and peace is the main language of our brotherhood. " This is the welcome and blessing that President Jokowi gets from the head of the native Maori. Will the issue of Papua Merdeka in New Zealand, Maori land will hurt President Jokowi and the Governor-General will let him and break the holy promises of the Hongi tradition ?, Let the time that will lead us forward.

After President Jokowi "Kulo Nyuwun" with the New Zealand Landowner, Blokukan Jokowi's second President is to the community of Papuan Students in New Zealand. This diplomatic blend of President Jokowi's style has not been done by Indonesian diplomats in countries that are shouting the issue of Papua's independence. Particularly in the South Pacific, the ambassadors and diplomatic staff only serve as representative offices and make the representative offices the "Imperial Palace of Indonesia" and do not want to come in contact with local community and landowners as well as support groups of the Internationalization of Papuan issues. The Indonesian Diplomats can only fight on the level of Government to Government Diplomacy and hope that friendly countries continue to respect Indonesia's sovereignty in Papua. People to People Diplomacy is less touched and considered less urgent. Due to this erroneous way of thinking in diplomacy, the current results in propaganda and diplomacy internationalize the issue of Free Papua, Indonesia is already less rare than ULMWP. ULMWP's journey of internationalizing the issue of Papua continues to roll out and gain more sympathy from the Pacific community so that community-level issues have evolved to the State level. Continue to roll from the MSG level, to the PIF region to the UN level.

But it is not too late for Papua to become the second Timor Leste and IMMEDIATELY learn the strategies and tactics of DIPLOMASI BLOOMING from President Jokowi !. It is time for Multi Track Diplomacy with the concept of Paradiplomasi to be campaigned because Indonesia has strong resources to realize its dominance in the South Pacific.
