Historical Evidence, Referendum Repeat For West Papua Should Be 1975

This is the Proof of the Results of the PEPERA Debate at UN Headquarters on 19 November 1969 in the 24th Session of the UN General Assembly, Agenda 98, 1813th Meeting.

In this document the point is that the Referendum or Self-Determination of the Nation of West Papua should be restarted in 1975 and Indonesia with the Netherlands is obliged to develop Papua by providing assistance to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for use by United Nations agencies such as the ILO, UNDP, etc. to build the Region (West Papua).

Strangely one of the above points about the PEPERA declaration of 1975 is not included in Resolution 2504. It is clear that PEPERA's results in Resolution 2504 do not authorize the Final PEPERA but only regulate Development in the Papua region through UN Agencies financed by Indonesia and the Netherlands through ADB.

This document I am not published in full because of this My Research Data at United Nations Headquarters.
