President Indonesia Soekarno's Letter To Jhon Kennedy To Colonize Papua

The Indonesian President Sukarno's Letter to American President John. F. Kennedy who forced the Takeover of West Papua Recolonization prior to the entry of the Netherlands for ratification at the UN General Assembly in September 1962 became Member of the United Nations.
Based on this Letter, then John. F. Kennedy sent US diplomat Elsworth Bunker, who pretended to act as a diplomat for the new UNSKEN UN envoy U Thant forcing the Dutch to hold secret negotiations with Indonesia in Middleburg, Virginia on March 26, 1962 to design the Transition of West Papua Colony Administration to Indonesia.
The results of the negotiations were then signed at the United Nations Headquarters on 15 August 1962 which became known as the New York Agreement.
